Look at board members previous participation in medical company. They did bring to the market new medical pipeline and they all been bought out for a 1000-1500% premium.

Investigate past experience from mgmt and you will see (from when they joined the company to when it got bought out or taken over with major premium) - for the rest, you have to do a little DD :P
