I could be sarcastic and say something like 'can somebody really rape and pillage a listed company on a regulated market like CCD and not be legally charged for complete incompetent'. Or at least morally charged for complete disregard to their fiduciary duties to shareholders. I guess those issues are not important to our outstanding market regulators and exchanges. As long as you file and keep handing over listing funds they will let CCD hose the public as long as you want.
