RE:RE:Building an Oasis in a desert

RE:RE:Building an Oasis in a desertOntario is no Oasis and some of the biggest chose to grow there and could be big mistake.

Do you want to own a facility in Ontario or NV to compare Production cost comparison

In ontario one of the largest producing regions you need to heat and cool at higher rates for everything $14 hr,labour rates  who knows what retail channels will cost if Gov ends up being distributor not private dispensaries how does starting wage same as LCBO employees  sound will it make prices too high over the black market may still have and edge look at Native smoke trade after sin taxes drives up cost.

Evenually the companies that survive will be the ones with the demand for the product at retail
which keeps retailer willing to pay more for a  product that sells through at a premium, keepin whole sale margins high enough to cusion sudden cost spikes or failed harvest. Over supply is worse than keeping a customer hoping you product will be In stock soon. Better to Apple over Compaq
