The ONLY thing I can deduce, rightly or wrongly, is that everytime a "deal" or "accomplishment" is made the SHARES flow freely by the companies (to employees, themselves as owners, "contractors"...) and THEN they are TOSSED AT the bid with enthusiasm so as to GET maximum MONIES.
