RE:620k

RE:620k I have no strong opinion on the area plays near Novo other than to think if Novo does well somewhere down the road, then there'll be a consolidation of these area plays into novo and KL will most likely own Novo as well as large portions of the others. Good play or not, who knows at this point.
I first bought KL when I learned that Sprott had become board chairman as I've followed him for years and did very well on his various funds....all back in the days when gold was loved, mind you! I knew that a strategic thinker such as ES either knew something we difn't know or he would move the company in the direction to make maximum profits. When I learned that he was buying Newmarket I quickly began purchasing as well. Quentin Hennigh had advised ES on a number of other mining prospects in the past as well as Newmarket prospects. I liked KL when it was just a Canadian location but wow what an uptick in prospects with the Fosterville grades. If I understand things correctly, the Australian play came about primarily due to Sprott. He could have just kept it all for himself but instead convinced the KL board to take it over. Since he owns 21.5M shares of KL as well as 13M shares of Novo, seems like he is fully committed. No doubt he'll strive to maximize his profits....great for joe average shareholder too IMO.
