1. This is not for employees and founders, it is for select executives
2. As the article mentions, their current compensation package is set up on the absence of such incentives. I see no indication that the rest of the package will be realigned to reflect this new approach to executive compensation and incentivization
3. It is disingenuous to instigate such a plan at these depressed levels with initial payoffs at $10.16 ... please. Maybe around 14-15. They should repair the damaged share price, then participate in the upside.

Sorry, I think we are seeing more of the same from CPG... arrogance, disregard for shareholders and loads of temerity.   Its time for the executives of this company to incentivise shareholders, not the other way round...
