RE:RE:Another Quinton Hennigh Project. More bang for you buckBut TX, Irving already has approval for the mine. Now I believe it is down to the specifics of the mining plan. Japan need money. The fact that they already want a mining permit speaks volumes doesn't it? They are not going to drill for years on end. If the govt allows I believe they will mine this year. But what do you think a company with 15 million oz would be worth? Specifically this company? Thanks in advance, TX

Novo may have a lot of gold but you have to look at market cap now compared to what it could eventually be. For novo to go up by 40 fold would require it to be 25-30 billion company. That is rarified territory. It will be taken over long before that at maybe $10/share. For Irving to go up 40 fold it would only be a 2 billion $ company. Read this article and look at the corporate presentation.
Irving article by Bob Moriarity As for novo, I'm still waiting to buy back. Hopefully not waiting too long
My biggest issue with IRV is jurisdiction risk over the longer term. The Japanese don't need to mine gold. They can just buy it. They are more concerned with environmentalism than mining (especially the pristine Hokkaido), and that's what makes me hesitant. The IRV corporate presentation even alludes to this issue. I would rather invest in jurisdictions that embrace mining as a critical component of their economic health. Just my opinion and it could be misplaced. The IRV stock has certainly done well to date. If you follow QH as a "top investment grade" geologist, Miramont (MONT) is a much better bet IMO. And BM has comments on that as well. Tx
