This “out of the blue” buying activity by a broker  likely generated by a single client which started right after the management change, imo doesn’t signal some sort of deal but signals a “I will fix this” message someone put out to someone.
 
Only time will tell if this message was based on facts or wishful thinking.
 
This buyer is “gambling” some $50,000 and has bought less than 1% of the o/s shares. This imo represents purely a spec buy. If it was a conviction buy, the buyer would have upped his bid to get to a meaningful investment in terms of dollars and percentage of o/s shares.
