RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I only attack bashers...If what he (and others) have been saying on this board about planes and financing where true, then the management of this company would be in violation of National Instruments 51-102 part 7 since they have not filed a a 51-102F3 with SEDAR. I do not believe they are in violation of any guidelines. This is just your typical antics of the Stockhouse liar's club. Another reason why I very seldom use this service

    1. Publication of Material Change

  1. Subject to subsection (2), if a material change occurs in the affairs of a reporting issuer, the reporting issuer must

(a) immediately issue and file a news release authorized by a senior officer disclosing the nature and substance of the change; and

(b) as soon as practicable, and in any event within 10 days of the date on which the change occurs, file a Form 51-102F3 Material Change Report with respect to the material change.
