If we can extrapolate:

The original expectation was to have 50,000 patients on board by 2018 year end; consisting of 20,000 From Paz, and 30,000 from Rio.

If the number of patients increased by 41% at Rio to 54,760...would it be a reasonable assumption the year-end expectation would now be 74,750 patients?? or more as new contracts are signed.
