Differences Between Arbitration and Litigation

Differences Between Arbitration and Litigation
Litigation is a very old process that involves determining issues through a court, with a judge or jury. In this case, we're talking about civil litigation - disputes between two parties (as opposed to criminal litigation, which involves the people against a law-breaker).
Arbitration, on the other hand, involves two parties in a dispute who agree to work with a disinterested third party in an attempt to resolve the dispute. In arbitration, there may be one or more arbitrators who hear both sides of the issue and who make a decision.

Here are some differences between litigation and arbitration:

Speed of Process

The arbitration process is fairly quick.
( Why Nexia Health is taking longer ? )
In my opinion, either they are in the process to sell their software product to another country for around 14M Dollars or they will start selling their product in USA in October 2018. Or may be some other interest where company can grow again. Foe 1M Dollars case they went to court for Lawsuite and for 5M Dollar case they select to go for arbitration. It's hard to digest. They said nothing about arbitration until last run up to 0.15 cents. Probably to bring price back to 0.02 cents.Sometime previous director sue company and price goes all the way down and after  a month or so company issue some share to previous director and close the case. Everybody are happy except share holders. They buy cheap shares , do privete placement at cheaper price, institution gets in at lower price. After sometime news release start and start turn around. I am seeing here something big will come soon.

Once an arbitrator is selected, the case can be heard immediately. In a civil litigation, on the other hand, a case must wait until the court has time to hear it; this can mean many months, even years before the case is heard.

Cost of the Process
The costs for the arbitration process are limited to the fee of the arbitrator(depending on the size of the claim, expertise of the arbitrator, and expenses), and attorney fees.
