Cobalt will hit USD $ 200,000 per Tonne
Cobalt will hit USD $ 200,000 per TonneCobalt will exceed $ 100,000 per Metric Ton shortly which is only less than 10 % above todays level.
I believe when the EV market really ramps up - because it is barely out of the gate right now - prices will move to over $ 90 per LB or $ 200,000 per ton. MBenz, Volvo, BMW, Ford, Tesla, GM, VW - semi trucks, buses all need batteries containing Cobalt. Over 5 LBS minimum per battery
At West Bear , each Cubic M of rock graded at a very conservative average of 0.80 % contains 48 LBS of Cobalt . In the mid term out to 2022 and say Cobalt is at $ 90/LB that is a value of $ 4320 per Cubic M of rock.
That is no $ 1.00 per share that is $ 2.00 + and then we have all the Uranium on top of this at Shea & Christie. This is going to be interesting. Folks selling to make a few dimes now are not seeing the bigger picture here.
JMHOOC....
