It's a widely accepted prnciple that insiders buy and sell based ontheir perception of the company's future... everyone knows this, it's something I always look at when making a buy. Of course it isn't foul proof, nothing is.
I'm not selling any shares; and I'm not tellign anyone else to sell their shares... but if you can't accept a common sense argument that insider selling isn't a good thing... duh, what can I say without insulting you.
Insider selling on news that's about to hit the market is very illegal... knowing that the prospects for the upcoming quarter or two (or longterm) are not rosy, and selling on that basis is not illegal.
Don't need to confuse the issue.
