If I may say, The venture  is very volatile in these times so if it is to risky for you ( as you most likely know) may i suggest the tsx and say maybe a stock like BCE it's  fairly stable has a target $61 and trading in the mid $50 range and pays a 5.5% div. then take the div. and invest in something more risky if you so desire. Jmo
I continue to hold BCE myself and have held it for over 40 yrs taken some of the dividends and bought weed @2.34  and also hold others in different sectors.
