Re: merger with ProbeI agree Currower, that is my concern also. Probe;s David Palmer is a smart guy who has been
consolidating the Val-d-ore area lately.  An interesting article in the Northern Miner shows Palmers strategy for the area:  https://www.northernminer.com/news/probe-metals-consolidates-property-near-val-dor-east-project/1003781382/

Note in the interview Palmer's comments (as I believe they pertain to AZX):

1)  “It’s good to do land consolidation early before you unlock too much value,” Probe Metals’ CEO David Palmer says.
and
2)  
The geologist adds that he likes “underappreciated” and “neglected areas,” and that there was hardly any geophysics or early stage exploration done on the project.
