i noticed that too, my lvl 2 was reading 6 somtimes 7 or 8 cents higher on the bid and in the morning 10 minutes after thr bell i was placing a bid on the warrants at .13 and it wasnt letting me bid, i called them an hour later and they said it was technical difficulties
