I think I summed the big picture here

Hi there,

I have read three time the Form 51-102F1 from 2th of April and majors highlights are :

- Verylow cash burn, efficiency in cost-operations with university help's

- Several patent and recognized medical pipeline that could dramastically substitute the chemiotherapy (with a lot of bad effect that would not be there in their treatment)

- CEO was a former consultat and realized the huge potential of PAS so switched full time CEO ( this is big recognition) + the fact that he bought 100 000$ + in the last PP

- Company as an exclusive worldwide licence option agreement for their Therapeutic monoclonal antibody B-cell Precusor Acute - which is the method proveen to insanely increase cancer cell killing

-China awarded patent for 20 years (in my opinion, their is recognition of potential because China is used to steal intelectual property), so their lead might be so advanced that they just want to benefit from the final medication and thus, garanting PAS that their intelectual property will be safe

- Company had 6.2 millions after the PP, which means they won't need another PP until 3 years (with previous cashburn from the two last years) BUT, AND HERE'S THE BIG BUT

- At page 8 (last lines) : you see that they saw the company does not expect the current funds to be sufficient to cover operations cost and the future reserach and develloppement expenditures throught the next twelves months.

If the current cashburn is 1.3 millions / years, they have +- 4 years at current bankrool. Why would they say they don't have funds for current years based on managemnet projection? it's clearly because they already know they are going into commercialisation process and clinical trials and finishing deal with Joint Ventures partners... This is huge! They implying that current ULTRA MAJOR milestones are being completed by the fact that they underline current capital cannot fullfill future developement of expenditures (which is just going to market at that point)
