Still Three for Three

Still Three for ThreeCoocoo,

No one is suggesting K-K is not the flagship project of the Company. That said, we don't know how negotiations with the DRC will work out. If this takes longer than we want, it's worth noting there is a project which can keep the Company busy for the next few years. It's not just Kakula or bust. The numbers on Platreef are very good. I used undiscounted cash flow for only one purpose, to determine average profit on each tonne of ore processed. That is $52 US after all taxes, Capex, and sustaining capital are deducted. It's my opinion that this is a very respectable profit. This was never intended to set a value for the entire project. Everyone understands there is a time value of money reflected by NPV - Net Present Value.

I think long term metal price assumptions in the feasibility study are reasonable, perhaps conservative, even though they are slightly lower today. I know Ursus doesn't like Platreef, but I must respectfully disagree. I hope management pursues this aggressively, once all outstanding issues concerning the SA mining law are settled.
