The roll back would have come before the PP, not after! There are a lot of pot stocks at much higher share prices with less on the go. IMO, the PP probable has investors already lined up to buy, and when trading resumes the share price won't take long to settle above the 0.20. The 0.35 cent warrants are a great incentive for management to push the share price in the .40's in the next year. Liked I said earlier, we need that name change to help promotion.
