I can't imagine an insider buying more shares if bad news was on the way.

One issue, generating bad news, that could pop on the screen in a more or less long future could be caused by the success of Trogarzo.

Since a lot of patients will be taking this medication, possible issues ( allergic reactions or other side effects ) that haven't shown up in the study with the relatively small reference group might appear in a larger group of a thousand patients or more.

But can we expect this kind of thing to happen so soon after approval...even if I am neither a doctor or a medical researcher, I'll take a chance and i'll bet that it won't happen in the near future, and hopefully never happens.
