RE:Fken hampoo

RE:Fken hampooI sympathize with you and I also own a significant amount of this company ... however, I have the faith. If you are in the Lower Mainland, please ensure that you attend the AGM in Vancouver which I believe that is on May 1. Please double check SEDAR or your mail.

I am a bit disappointed and management has an obligation to explain the call for an AGM without advising shareholders say via a legal notice however Pres Tim Beale who receives $200K annually for renumeration needs to explain this since there was a lot of speculaiton triggered by the non-disclosure... and you may have bought in simply on this basis. And the trivial fact that they dumped non performing properties for a royalty interest will not suffice. There would be another event required in the BC Companies Act to call a special meeting, as I understand the process. So management needs to step up here. Actually, I am very disappointed.

I am confident that management has the assets and the focus of investors is now focusing from Africa to South America and this is also good.

I am sorry for your paper loss but I feel comfortable with the risk and I think that this will all turn out OK. I am just a bit uncomfortable that Rick Rule has stripped away the assets in a very favorable deal to Rick and it is simply unrealistic for pumpers to expect a spinout when it is likely that none of this can happen until Rick has been repaid. I dont know how many mining companies that Rick has been involved in personally vs Sprott US but I think it is a bit unusual that he took this personally rather than through Sprott but what do I know.

I wish you all the best and patience is a virtue.

PS - I am now very dubious of Rick and Sprott when they recommend a stock and at the same time Rick receives very advantageous terms on a deal to the detriment of the public where he benefits either directly or indirectly so the trust here is totally gone ...
