Sunniva will most definitely not have to start the licensing process all over again. The quote you provided is outdated - we discussed this issue already back in January. And as recently as March 20, the company stated in its updated prospectus that it expects to decide upon the final site location and subsequently receive licensing in April, ahead of breaking ground in June. As for the Call situation, it is incorrect to say they only own 1 + 20% of 7. The "ownership" of the "tenants" is completely nominal. Sunniva will operate and manage the whole thing, and will capture the value produced accordingly. This tenancy thing simply amounts to multiple pre-sell agreements to different brands and dispensaries.
