These "price targets" by Analysts

These "price targets" by AnalystsThese analysts give this a price target of $1.80 or $1.88 (can't remember which at the moment), and others give it a price target of $1.

I've yet to see any price target be met by analysts in stocks.     Just because someone pulls a number out of their a$$ doesn't mean the SP will reach that level, correct?  Even if that number is based on certain calculations.

I can give this a price target of anything I want, I can say my price target is $2.  Does that mean it will reach $2? no..

But suppose the analysts know what they're talking about..  How on earth can they expect this to be at around $1.8+ when it was already there PREVIOUSLY, when the companyt was in a better situation?   It's a SUPER SUPER long way up to even $1 from here.  How on earth do you expect this to skyrocket like that?
