Here's an example of a couple of smaller traders being able to manipulate the market.  The big difference is that these guys are easily prosecutable as they directly were trying to profit from it AND THEY'RE NOT A BIG BANK ENTITY What we're seeing is the same fundamentals that are being carried out but with no punitive action!!
Anyways this is but only a stage we must go through:)
