RE:Every one knows

RE:Every one knowsI am indifferent to this Cation bid to get Board seats. I am open to a shakeup if it makes for a better company for ALL shareholders. I am as frustrated as anyone by the underperformance of this company. It may well be that this BOD has been self-serving as they diluted the value of CPG shares and taking excessive compensation.

However I am also a Baytex shareholder, Baytex has performed even worse than CPG yet I don't see the same vitriol directed toward that BOD.

Can someone make the case to me that, even given the tough climate for O&G in Canada which impacted all companies, CPG Board deserves the hate they are receiving on this bullboard and Baytex, which has perrormed worse, does not deserve any criticism?

Just wondering.
