First of all no way it is going to be under 20 cents. JMO from previous posts from the more knowledgeable posters on this board. Is it just me or did the last NR show a shift in the BoD/special commitee position on the value and amount of potential of this land package? There language seemed to change from let's get this done with or without data, to a better understanding that there is a high probability for new zones and large extensions of zones. They seemed to kinda wakeup and smell the gold, possibly due to more offers or revised offers coming in. Not there norm the timing of the last NR.
