were just speculating because of the nuu deal where they deposited 150k$ to acquire 150kg and now that aph own nuu, i dont think they want to pay whole seller price and rather just own us. also i think there is a penalty if aph breaks the contract, either way who ever buys us out will have alot more proudction, 450acre + green house + 1m sqft greenhouse (if approved) + colombia green house + cbd factory when finish ~ this is a good way for aph or acb to catch up to canopy production size
