Once accepted the next Licence we should see is a licence to construct, once construction is done they call in HC for inspection, ie "get in the que with everyone else" when licence to produce is issued they have to grow two crops (because they are NEW) with no problems before they are issued with licence to sell, Now I am not an absolute expert on this process but in general terms I am close, I say 1st/ 2nd qt 2019 before we sell anything in Canada, Raptor
