No different than keep calm and buy Isodiol or keep calm and learn about stuff.  This isn’t the first time he has hash-tagged “hops”.  I don’t think this has anything to do with the halt or hops patent.   Misewell keep guessing tho and add it to the list of potential reasons for the halt.  It’s probly BSPG though, and could be good or bad...
