I agree the value has been unfolding for several years now but the market refuses to notice or care. Unfortunately we are stuck in secuirties purgatory as a hybrid public/private company without quite being either.

I am not sure how we get out of this dilema of Wexford owing 80+% of the shares which is why I have changed my thinking on this and now feel a sale of the company is the only way we will get anything close to true value and not via the public market.

I am not convinced continuing with this quasi roll up strategy will gain us any more traction in the public markets. Hofefully new director Kaelin with his M&A experience is being brought in to at least consider selling the company to a bigger player who can create value with Marlin considerable assets.
