RE:tweetingWhat is legal guidance......When CEO does a tweet....its not serious....When they publish forward leading statements on a N/R that is a disclaimer that in effect says this is a opinion of the writer.....a big difference than a tweet.....Its now down to the short strokes for this management.....they have a year realistically to move the needle....
