ELD good fit?

I completely disagree that ELD would be a good suitor. They have 800m shares outstanding, poor analyst outlook, very risky jurisdictions and very little chance of any significant share appreciation in the future or ever IMO. If they were interested it would be a paper swap with no upside. Honestly the logic makes no sense if you want to make money on AZX to hope ELD buys it. PRB will go to $5/sh without AZX and $7-8/sh with them in a couple of years, it won't happen overnight and patience is required, it's a no brainer. ELD would offer no value unless they were to offer whatever that magical price is in cold hard cash...seriously though it will NEVER happen, producers don't pay cash for cash starved Jr exploration companies...If ELD were to be involved I'd sell every share I just bought even for a loss.
