Having said that, I would prefer ELD over PRB- funny, its like those parents who think their ugly kids are the prettiest!
-ELD has what PRB doesnt have, but will need BIG-time when they develop their properties-
C-A-S-H, and lots of it! $500 million vs Prb's 30 million? Oh boy, thats ALOT of dilution for
PRB shareholders (puts Prb O/S at 500m already) and we havent even started.
-Also ELD has the fully permitted Sigma Mill and MIne all up and ready in Val-d-ore, how much would that cost PRB?? If they ever wanted to produce anythin.... Oooops, MORE financing and dilution!!
Eld has production which equals access to more financing- PRB has to go to the trough for more money.
-Eld has tons of advanced projects everywhere they could sell and get big money for, Prb is scrambling to get a foot-hold in one region.
-and how can ELD be a good take-over target in one breath and a p-o-s in the other?? strange
valuations.
It's posts like these that help me understand why AZX is where it's at right now. PRB will never be a producing miner, they explore, discover, expand/define and package it for sale to a producer. They will get a multiple for their shareholders, ELD never ever will do that for AZX nor will they or anyone for that matter pay the outlandish figures thrown around this board. Some of these posts make it look like amateur hour at a cheap strip joint smh. Sorry, but that's my brutal honesty on the subject.
