As if anyone would grant money immediately on a sizeable project just like that without guarantee of full financing. Wake up guys! There's no project if the funds are not all in.
Would you lend 99M immediately if you're the only one invested? I think not.

Well, for those who still complain about it being just letters of intent. I personally own a small business and when I bought it, I had 4 institutions picthing in. The first letter of intent was the hardest one to sign. Then came  the second one, by the 3rd one it was a lot easier and the last one pretty much just signed as soon as he saw the other three had signed. if you think any of the parties would give cold hard cash, you've never looked for financing in your life. It's good to be a skeptic when investing but you guys are more gullible then the dreamers.
