I believe Medmen will aquire Captor Capital

I believe Medmen will aquire Captor CapitalAfter a lot of DD the conexions between Captor and Medmen were obious and I was hoping Medmen would RTO CPTR but they didn't.

Adam Bierman, Andrew Modlin, Chris Ganan, James Parker and Medmen Funds were in CPTR's PP. There were also big investing NY firms, Serruya family member and Delavaco in the PPs.

CPTR was halted a day prior to Medmen's RTO news and guess who is the CFO for both Captor and OutdoorPartner Media? Jing Peng

Captor now owns I-5 holdings' assets in Washington and Oregon as well as two Medmen dispensaries in California among other assets. It would make sense that Medmen aquires Captor in order to expand to those states.

I was disappointed Medmen didn't RTO Captor but I believe things still look positive.
