From Will Purcel :This is his comment regarding the mood of some MPVD shareholders...

They have some cause for feeling grumpy. Mountain Province will exchange 0.975 of a share for each share of Kennady, giving Kennady's shareholders an immediate 24-per-cent share of Mountain Province and its 49-per-cent interest in the producing Gahcho Kue mine. Put another way, the reacquisition puts $165-million of Mountain Province's stock in the hands of Kennady's shareholders. When Mountain Province spun off Kennady in 2012, it created a company with an initial capitalization of just $8-million.

I cannot believe that 93% of shareholders voted for that. Give up 24% of the company for KDI ?  Just doesn't add up.
