Call me cynical...

Call me cynical...Per US side, a $50 trade for 1000 shares and suddenly the US price is up a penny (30%)?? Tomorrow a 1000 shares will be sold and the share price will have no substance and come back down to reality. It seems to me Everton is closing up shop. It obviously isn't reacting to gold trying to make a meaningful breakout from a 2 year consolidation. When I read speculation it's telling me the company is on the way out and others are selling out behind the "news" and conjecture. As far as insider trades, it's all a part of the cover. Reality, for me, is that when there is no meaningful/legitimate news backing trading activity at this juncture...then the trading isn't legitimate. Call me cynical. But unless I read something of substance soon then, as far as I am concerned, everything is smoke and mirrors.
