RE:Curious to know ENB did well because we were in a zero interest rate environment, so all telecoms, rails, utilities , pipes, cereal isle , etc. did really well for their yield. This is slowly changing as rates increase ( who knows where they end up). The bottom line is people want the highest yield they can get for the lowest risk you invest there and you'll be safer for the next recession imo. My advice is there are great names trading at 4x cash flow and half book that are great options also and I would mix a few of them in, but that's for your risk tolerance and time horizon to decide. Just whatever you do make sure you're sure and don't panic if things get tough. Be smart !
