Exactly, that’s what I’m hoping for.
Best case: Cation wins 1 or 2 Board seats and makes a fuss whenever Scott tries to do something ill-advised.
Worst case: Cation loses and walks away. Scott and the Board will forever learn to pay attention to the stock price and to not do anything stupid to jeopardize it.
I see this as a win-win for shareholders.
