Warrants

After going through a bunch of press releases, I finally found the press release regarding the issuance of warrants for the Inner Spirit Holdings LTD transaction, however, there was no mention of price or expiry date. The warrants increased 65% today. Does anyone have more info on the current warrant information. Thanks
