RE:RE:P-note and option agreement w/Albert....Even though speculation, I would be holding my breath before I pushed the button to buy 3.3 mill.  I would think it over too many times until I had a reasonable certainty that I would at least be able to salvage some of my "investment" should things not go according to plan.  But, all in all, I would be buying because I felt comfortable that things would work for the best.  Time will reveal.  You have a nice weekend as well.
