Schmoby - you are absolutely on the mark.  Association with the toxic ELD is the kiss of death.  They are the worst mid-tier producer in their space.  I can think of no worse suitor given their factually horrendous track record. Their so-called "win" in Greece means nothing in a country where governments are notorious for changing quickly, are ultra-leftist and no respectors of agreements and laws.
