I feel sorry for SPE holders today

I feel sorry for SPE holders todayYou should be celebrating with a takeover over coming out but this premium is an absolute joke.  Why sell out at this point?  Might as well stay status quo and wait for markets to get better, and I guarantee they will.  Oil is almost up $10US this quarter, and yes I realize there's a discount, however, most companies are running lean at the moment and even if they get $3-5US of that pop in oil price (likely they are getting all of it), their balance sheets are about to look a whole lot better.  With Trump in power there are bound to be more shocks and pops in price.

Seriously, if this deal gets voted down (it should), then give the boot to management.
