You have a lot to learn thecalternative1 One cannot own a sector formulation. It's complete nonsense. It is like Nike saying no one can make a running shoe.. And finally did you notice that the last news release in February where Dr Pankay Modi has now removed his comments about "The claims allowed are so broad that virtually any entity in Canada that comes to market with a strip, wafer, tablet, or gum that has any active therapeutic molecule such as Cannabinoids or opioids will be infringing upon our patent" Even CannaMed took that off their website immediately upon posting..
