I wasnt talking about CTTH 's site. That is old news he left up.

Show me anywhere on the CMED and/or ACB websites or news releases where it states by Dr. Modi "the claims allowed are so broad that virtually any entity in Canada that comes to market with a strip, wafer, tablet, or gum that has any active therapeutic molecule such as Cannabinoids or opioids will be infringing on our Patent."

Plain and simple, you can't because they are not there. CMED took that news release down in February within one day of the February 21 posting.

It is obvious why they would not allow that kind of statement in the news release today.

ACB/CMED have no doubt tuned CTTH in to those kinds of remarks.. Otherwise Modi would have said it all over again..

You have a patent and I wish you well. Others have similar patents and they will do well too including LDS.
