.   He vetoed Northern Gateway even though it had been approved by an independent scientific review panel.

.   He killed Energy East by imposing new regulations that do not apply to foreign energy imports and do not apply to any other sector in Canada.

.   He has emboldened and empowered protestors and pipeline apponents by claiming that they must grant permission before projects can proceed.

.   His Carbon Tax and new regulatory requirements have driven billions and thousands of jobs out of Canada.

.   Now he is claiming that due to his own failed policies , the only way for Trans Mountain to get built is to subdisize it.
