RE:RE:re; Market Oversupply

RE:RE:re; Market OversupplyThats not true, the lineage of weed is completely different than alcohol, maybe if your comparing it to prohibiton, even then is a stretch, but look at how long it took prohibition to fully end and the standard distribution model to exist, meaning this company would have to overcome many moons of financing/dilution before you finally see something comparable to what your saying. Its also not the drug dealers as you put it, its all the other licensing types available and becoming available which are not going anywhere, another reason this is not comparable to your liquor model. Currently people are operating under a personal medicinal license which will convert to a craft grow putting further pressure on your LP market as they can sell to a wholesaler which sells to the same market your LP's are selling to, not to mention the black market from the personal cultivation market. If you look at the mmj market currently the prices of mmj are so beat down by everyone trying to be in the game hiding under the personal licenses which will not cease to exist because of the Allard case. Currently in Canada the supply is FAR greater than the demand as you can see the prices of mmj over the last year have basically dropped off the map leaving producers scrambling for pennies instead of dollars.

Really, this boils down to how many financings/dilution events the public is going to allow these LP's before they start beating them up and shorting them. Now weather or not the LPs can last through that pusnishment before the full canadian distribution model rolls out and weather or not the canadian government can put a handle on the personal medicinal licenses which they already couldnt control will be the real test. As far as you comparing this to alcohol, your smoking buddy!
