You want to hear a deluded individual listen to Andrew Weaver on BNN. Man the guy is so  facking ignorant it's unbleiveable. He thinks investment is not and will not leave Canada. He claims because there are no contracts to sell this oil yet, there is no market. And at the end to put the douche bag cherry on top he boasts he's a "climate scientist"     Yikes.   I've always said there is one benefit to the Chinese system and that is they get things done. If this douche lived in China he would have been carted away a long time ago never to be seen again. This one idiot will cost the country billions .
