RE:RE:TermsThat pretty much sums it up John.  Fully diluted share count from MD&A is 60.6 mil.  The earnout is calculated based on 2.74737x(EBITDA for the year following close-18 mil).  My math says, considering the fully diluted share count, that the max of $0.45 earnout is reached with an EBITDA of about $28 mil.  .... seems doable to me.  I actually bought some more at 0.95 today.  Seems worth the 5% downside to me.  Regardless, will be good to collect the 0.90 in June, and then just watch with zero risk after that point.
