Just for Clarity - OTCCypress has been on the OTC pink level for around 15 years under the symbol CYDVF (popularly-called the Pink Sheets.) . . There are 4 levels on OTC. (1)Grey Market, which means no market maker or price quote. (2) Pink Market, which means you do have a market maker, and the price is quoted. Then (3 and 4) there is OTCQB and OTCQX. Cypress will have the OTCQB shortly. The OTCQB requires every company to file all documents required by the SEC. They have now done this, and are awaiting the move up. The company is not anticipating a symbol change. .. .. .. . By becoming SEC reporting, it opens the door for US brokerage firms to be able to Buy CYDVF shares and RECOMMEND to their clients. .. .. . AND it will be electronically transacted rather than broker handled. .. .. .(p.s. I live in the US and have been using the OTC pink sheets forever in many different stocks.)
